I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University in May 2022. After I graduated, I decided to join the sweet community of Corsicana. My passion drives me to support the people around me and build meaningful connections, and I strive to be the best I can be for myself and others. After retiring from Fairfield ISD in 2020, where I held various roles such as teacher, coach, campus, and district administrator, I was eager for a new chapter. With thirty years dedicated to public service in education, I transitioned into my retirement career and embraced a role as an agent at Premier Realty. Prioritizing people and their families has always been my passion in the field of education. Now, I find fulfillment in offering care, comfort, and exceptional customer service to assist families in finding their perfect home or property. Courtney Neiman was raised in both Navarro and Freestone Counties making her a native of the extended area. Upon completion of her bachelor's degree in business management, she knew she wanted to return to her native community where the people and relationships were most important to her. She began a career in banking, but quickly discovered she was destined to follow her grandmother's real estate career. After her four year tenure as an independent agent, Courtney took a leap and opened Premier Realty as the sole owner of her own brokerage. Premier Realty is often identified as a boutique brokerage however, since it's start in 2018, it is currently the largest locally owned real estate company housing forty-five licensed agents.

For the last 17 years, I have resided in Freestone County, where all our children have been students at Fairfield ISD. I ventured into real estate in 2005 but paused to cherish time with my children while they were little. In 2021, I resumed my real estate career with Premier Realty. In May 2018, Courtney hired me to assist her as an independent agent with Keller Williams. Our workspace was a cozy 10x10 office where I helped with listings and transaction coordination. After about 10 months, Courtney obtained her Broker license. We collaborated on logo designs, relocated to the old Corsicana Motors building on 3rd Ave, and established Premier Realty. The following year, I also passed my real estate licensing exam. Fast forward five years, I have been a licensed Realtor for 4 years, taking on various roles such as recruiting, onboarding, office supervision, mentoring agents and admins, leading teams, and providing agent education. Recently, I have been honored to serve as the Chair of the Education Committee for the Navarro County Board of Realtors. Improving our agents' knowledge to better serve our community is a top priority for me and Premier Realty!
